Friends! Hello! What a time to be alive.
I have been feeling so many different emotions and thoughts that it has been a struggle to put it all into words. I have been going through quite a bit of changes in my life and I will say I struggle with change! I always have and always will. But this piece feels so full, refreshing, and something that I needed to hear (I guess read, haha). I hope you can take something away from this and/or relate to it. As always thank you all for your support, truly means the world to me. Enjoy!
Song: Towers by Bon Iver

Everything that has ever happened to you has led you to this exact moment. Every choice, every mistake, every heartbreak, every unexpected turn—you are here because of all of it.
It’s easy to look back and wonder what if. To replay the moments you wish had gone differently. To wish you had taken a different path, loved someone less, held on longer, or let go sooner. But what if you trusted that you were never off course? That every misstep, every detour, every single thing you’ve been through was carving the way forward, even when it didn’t feel like it?
Think about it. The lessons you’ve learned, the strength you’ve gained, the people who have come into your life because of the places you’ve been. Even the hardest moments—the ones that broke you—taught you something, shaped you into someone new. Without them, you wouldn’t be the person reading these words right now.
And when I think about my own life, I can’t help but feel overwhelming gratitude for the people who have been part of it. The ones who showed up when I needed them most, sometimes before I even realized I needed them. The ones who reminded me of my worth, who made me feel seen, who gave me something to hold onto when everything else felt uncertain. I truly believe they were meant to be there. That we crossed paths for a reason. Some stayed, some didn’t—but all of them left something with me, a piece of wisdom, a moment of love, a shift in perspective. And for that, I am endlessly grateful.
And as you stand in this moment, take a breath and ask yourself: Who do I need to be for myself right now? Not for the past version of you who didn’t know better. Not for the people who expect you to stay the same. But for you—the person who has survived everything and is still standing.
Be the person who chooses themselves. The one who shows up, who forgives, who keeps moving forward. The one who knows that self-love isn’t just a feeling—it’s an action. It’s how you speak to yourself, how you allow yourself to rest, how you give yourself permission to start again. No one else can do that for you. You have to decide that you are worth showing up for.
And maybe right now isn’t exactly where you want to be. Maybe you’re still figuring things out. Maybe you’re healing. Maybe you’re searching for something more. That’s okay. Just know that this moment is not the end—it’s just another step forward.
You are not behind. You are not lost. You are not too late.
You are exactly where you are meant to be.
And when you look back one day, you might just see that even this—this uncertainty, this waiting, this in-between—was leading you somewhere greater than you could have imagined.
I am cheering for you.
